Our Efficient 5 Step Process
Pre-Construction Phase
During this phase, land for your new home should be purchased and bank construction financing, if needed, should be established.
Design Phase
The Design Phase is started by engaging the design services of CustomSmart Homes. With the purchase of a full set of plans, CustomSmart will provide; on site land evaluation, pricing for options & upgrades, &detailed construction budget
Construction Phase
The Construction Phase is started by the signing of a contract with CustomSmart Homes to build your new home.During this phase the following will take place; closing on your construction loan & initail draw to start construction. Submit final plans to the state for permitting, the start of site work & foundation construction.
Set Day
Modules for your home are delivered, set and secured to the foundation, and the home is “dried in”.
On-Site Finishing
On- site finishing of your new home is the final phase of the homebuilding process. During this phase roofing, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, painting, porch & deck construction, final inspections.
