As your project manager, we will guide you through the entire home-building process. Once your budget and your housing needs are determined, we will help you in designing your perfect home. We help you customize finishes that will help your own style and preferences. We will also handle the necessary contract and blueprint plans needed for a construction loan. We obtain permitting to begin the process then site work begins. Once your home is built, we will manage the delivery and set up of the home. This includes finishing work and all utility connections. Finally, we will conduct a thorough walk-through of your home ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction.
Builder Wholesale & Owner Completion Program
Our wholesale program is specifically designed for builders or construction-savvy individuals. This program provides an opportunity to save both time and money. Whether you’re looking to hire your own subcontractors, or you want to contribute some “sweat equity,” our program is tailored to meet your needs.
The CustomSmart Homes Wholesale Program includes a range of valuable services, such as personal home design and blueprints. Your new home will be delivered and securely installed on your foundation, with most models arriving about 75% complete. We also provide a one-year warranty on all work completed by Nationwide & CustomSmart Homes.
