We handle the necessary contract and blueprint plans for financing and take care of obtaining building permits. After the foundation is installed and your home is built, we manage the delivery and set-up on-site, including finishing work and utility connections. Finally, we conduct a thorough walk-through to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Builder Wholesale & Owner Completion Program
Our wholesale program is specifically designed for builders and construction-savvy individuals, providing a fantastic opportunity to save both time and money if you have the necessary construction experience. Whether you’re looking to hire your own subcontractors to complete the project, are willing to contribute some “sweat equity,” or have someone with the knowledge and expertise to assist you, our program is tailored to meet your needs.
The CustomSmart Homes Wholesale Program includes a range of valuable services, such as personal home design and blueprints, ensuring your vision comes to life. Your new home will be delivered and securely installed on your foundation, with most models arriving between 75% and 85% complete from the factory. We also cover all structural nailing and finished roofing, and provide a one-year warranty on all work completed by Nationwide and CustomSmart Homes.
