No, our homes are modular, not mobile or manufactured. Unlike mobile homes, modular homes are built to state and local building codes just like typical stick-built home.

Modular and site-built homes use the same code book. The difference is with the modular construction process homes are engineered, built, and inspected indoors before being delivered to the site for final assembly. This approach minimizes weather delays, improves quality control, and shortens overall construction schedules. This process improves quality, shortens timelines, and typically saves costs compared to traditional stick-built homes.

Modular homes are built to be lifted and transported, making them extremely strong.  FEMA studies show modular homes often perform better than traditional site-built homes. Built in a controlled environment and engineered to withstand transport and crane-setting, they create a tighter, stronger structure that meets or exceeds local wind and impact codes

Pricing varies by plan, finishes, and site conditions. Most modular homes range between $150–$200 per sq. ft.. A detailed estimate tailored for your project. will be provided.

Because much of the work is done in a factory, modular homes save man hours, save time, reduce material waste, and avoid weather delays — translating into real cost and time savings for homeowners.

More about modular construction

BUILDING SMARTER

What Makes Modular Better?

To clarify, we build modular homes just like traditional, site-built homes. For example, they utilize factory-built sections, called modules, that we subsequently assemble on a permanent foundation using a crane.
Therefore, this construction technique is simply a different method of building. In fact, modular homes are built to the same state and local building codes as traditional site-built homes. In addition to this compliance, they provide the added benefit of precision construction and quality control in a climate-controlled factory, consequently meeting the same IRC building code requirements as site-built homes.

Why Modular?

  • Modular homes use 30% more lumber and also feature higher insulation values than traditional stick-built homes. This makes them stronger and much more energy-efficient.

  • They appreciate, gain value, and banks finance, exactly the same way traditional homes are.

  • Once we complete the home, you’ll find it extremely difficult to see any difference between a modular home and a traditional site-built home.

Speed of Construction

Did you know that modular construction significantly reduces your waiting time? Specifically, unlike traditional construction, your home is built in the factory and delivered up to 70% complete. As a result, you achieve a finished product in a fraction of the time. Furthermore, we build with quality materials and pay careful attention to detail, thereby ensuring you enjoy your new custom home much faster.

More Energy Efficient

To begin with, the latest construction technology allows us to engineer our homes for high performance. In fact,  this advanced design ensures every home is energy efficient, thereby providing you with immediate and long-term savings on your monthly bills

Design Flexibility

we offer a wide variety of home plans to perfectly fit your needs, from a cozy 1,000 square feet up to a spacious 10,000 square feet. For example, our current selection features:
  • Cape Cods
  • Ranches
  • Two-Story Homes
In addition to these styles, many flexible options are available to help you customize your home to your own personal tastes and style. Consequently, you can easily visit our customizable floor plans to design your dream layout.

Cost Advantages

As a result, because modular homes are constructed faster, costs are better controlled which it enables us to pass along the savings to you. With our many floor plans and options to choose from, you will be able to find something that fits your budget.
Our homes qualify for all mortgage programs. The same mortgage rules and regulations apply to purchasing a Nationwide modular home as to a site-built home.

Consistent Quality

Unlike traditional site-built homes, we design and build modular homes in a climate-controlled environment, protecting them from the elements. This means harmful weather never touches the inside of your home. Your home will go through 300 quality inspections and third party inspections to ensure the highest level of quality.
