CustomSmart is an authorized builder for Nationwide Custom Homes, a system built modular home manufacturing company located in Martinsville, Virginia.

Our management team started building Nationwide modular homes in 2006.

CustomSmart is a member of Nationwide’s President’s Council, recognized as one of Nationwide’s top builders!
